Human keratinocytes cell kit

The Keratinocyte Growth Kit provides a serum-free culture environment for keratinocytes, formulated to inhibit fibroblast growth and slow differentiation with low calcium (0.06 mM). No feeder layers, matrix proteins, or other substrates are needed. The complete medium includes the following final concentrations for each component:

• Extract P: 0.4%
• rh TGF-alpha: 0.5 ng/mL
• L-Glutamine: 6 mM
• Hydrocortisone: 100 ng/mL
• Insulin: 5 µg/mL
• Epinephrine: 1.0 µM
• Apo-transferrin: 5 µg/mL

Applications:

• Primary gingival keratinocytes
• Laboratory research use only (RUO). Not for human, clinical, diagnostic, or veterinary use.
